Samantha Bane, CPA, CFP®, CPWA®

Samantha is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA), and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  Her specialized role on the team services multi-generational families across the country in their individualized financial needs.  Working diligently with clients and their families to prepare comprehensive financial plans, navigate complex tax strategies, and implement family wealth transfer techniques – all tailored to their unique needs and goals. She aims to simplify her clients’ needs through sophisticated wealth solutions.  

Samantha received a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.  While earning her degree in Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship, she established her role with the Hoch Haldemann Bane Group in February of 2013.  While continuing her growth in financial planning, she earned her Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, leading to her CPA designation.  She recently earned the Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA) designation in 2022.

Given her passion for philanthropic efforts, Samantha served as a past Chair of Baird’s Giving Back to the Community Leadership Team - leading Baird’s annual global volunteering efforts.  Under her leadership, Baird Gives Back week had the highest participation since inception.  She mentors the Baird Scholars Program – a program investing in local youth focused on inspiring the next generation.  She serves on Baird's UW-Milwaukee Alumni Relations team and spearheaded Baird's nomination for the Corporate Partner Award from UWM's Alumni Association in 2018.  She is a Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County United Way Project LEAD inaugural class graduate, a United Way Emerging Leaders Member, and serves as President of the board for HEAR Wisconsin.  Additionally, Samantha was nominated for United Way’s ‘Philanthropic 5’ in 2019 for her community leadership. 

She resides in Wauwatosa, WI with her husband, Matt; their children, Penelope, Mara and Andrew; and beloved dog, Suter.
