Maddie attended the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where she earned her BBA in Finance in December 2023 and later completed an Investment Management Graduate Certificate in May 2025. She also holds the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. During her final two years of college, Maddie interned at Baird across two teams, gaining valuable experience supporting clients through a wide range of financial and life events.
Prior to joining The Hoch Haldemann Bane Group, Maddie was a specialist on the PWM Transition Team, where she developed expertise in onboarding advisors, support staff, and their clients across multiple Baird branches. Working closely with advisors and clients during pivotal and often stressful transitions fostered her passion for emotional intelligence, enabling her to provide thoughtful, solution-oriented support that builds trust and confidence.
Maddie lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but spends many weekends in Green Bay visiting her family and her dog, Hank. In her free time, she enjoys walks along the lakefront, taking advantage of the city’s many festivals, and consistently surpassing her annual reading goals.
