Jennifer Haldemann, CFP®, CPWA®

Jennifer (Jen) is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA^®) focused on bringing a comprehensive approach to her group’s multi-generational families. She utilizes her expertise in portfolio management accompanied by Estate/Retirement/Insurance planning to navigate clients through their individualized wealth solutions. She joined Baird in 2003, after starting her career at Strong Financial Corp. Jen earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, and her Master of Business Administration from Marquette University.

Jen is recognized as a FORBES Best-in-State Wealth Advisor 2018 – 2023. She is recognized as a Five Star Wealth Manager 2012 - 2024. The team was also recognized in 2024 by FORBES/SHOOK Research as a Best-In-State Wealth Management Team. Jen was also invited from a select list of Baird women advisors to attend the Barron’s Top Women Financial Advisor Summit in 2015 – 2023. She was ranked a Top Next Gen Financial Advisor with FORBES/SHOOK as well as a Top Wealth Advisor Mom for Working Mother magazine partnered with SHOOK Research in 2017-2020 and Forbes Top Women Wealth Advisors for 2018 & 2020-2023.

Jen has been involved for many years and served as President of the BWA in 2022. Baird’s Women Advisor Council was created to encourage women to join the investment profession in an advising capacity. Jen is excited to champion these efforts and advocate for women aspiring to become Financial Advisors.

Jen enjoys volunteering and has participated at various events/committees within the community such as Junior’s Achievement and The Hope Foundation.  She currently serves on the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Planned Giving Council as well the Board of Directors of Carmen High School Development Organization, Inc. She is a past board member and Board Member Development Chair with the Arthritis Foundation Upper Midwest Region, as well as a past board member of the local Southeast Leadership Board for the Arthritis Foundation. 

Jen lives in West Bend, WI with her husband, Matt, their daughters, Sage & Rayna, and their family dog, Bear.
